    The rehabilitation of an 55m2 penthouse apartment in the building (edificio) "Lider" on the somewhat infamous Avenida Amaral Peixoto, with a sustaintability first approach, low-budget and an DIY attitude.

    A visual reasearch and photography based approach to surveying the ociosity levels of urban real estate in the Centro district of Niteroi. Part of a wider research and master thesis by befriended civil engineering student.
